SUMMAH FO LYFE

I have finally emerged from my dark cave of despair. It was a rough final push towards the end, but sophomore year is over. I can be nostalgic in this post, but so many things are changing that I don't choose to be nostalgic quite just yet. Instead, I am focusing on the present. So, what are the current affairs of my life? I have been home for less than four days and I have already started to go crazy. Believe me, I have done my fair share looking for projects to do this summer. They range from the crazy domestic (cooking and sewing) to the polar gender opposite (maybe coding?) But today, I chose immediate gratification-cooking. So to celebrate my 100th blog post (which I still cannot believe I have reached), I present the easiest of "easy recipes," parmesan crisps .

If you have ever been to SweetGreen, then you understand my pain when they ring up that $12 pile of leaves one calls a salad. Yet Georgetown folks pony up the cash on a weekly basis, and sometimes I am ashamed that I do too. But their parmesan crisps are just so darn good, so I made my own!

Ingredients
freshly grated parmesan cheese
dried rosemary leaves, grounded
cooking spray

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine parmesan and rosemary
Flatten to a thin medallion shape
Bake until golden brown

  2. Yum! Those look delicious! I love parmesan crisps in my salad! Congrats on finishing the year. Currently, I'm studying for my Chinese language final, and I will be done on Thursday! Woo! The final push is always the hardest though ;(
